   – Refund Eligibility: Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded. However, if you accidentally register a domain name that is not available, we will issue a full refund only if upstream registry refund to us the same.
   – Transfer Fees: If you request a refund for a domain transfer, the transfer fee will not be refunded after the transfer has begun.
2. Web Hosting Refunds
   – 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all new web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 10 days, you can request a full refund of your hosting fees.
